What is an immutable backup?
A copy that can be neither modified nor deleted during its retention period — including by ransomware or a compromised account. It’s your last line of defence.
Is managed backup available on private cloud?
Fully managed backup is offered on public cloud. On private cloud, we install and configure the same backup environment, but it stays controlled and managed by you — you keep full control.
How long is my data kept?
According to the retention policy we define together (GFS), from a few days to several years.
